Frequently Asked Questions
Which devices do you accept for trade-in?
We accept all iPhone models (iPhone 6 and newer), iPads, MacBooks, iMacs, Mac minis, Apple Watches, and AirPods. Devices must power on and not be iCloud locked.
Does my device need to be in perfect condition?
No. We accept devices in excellent, good, and fair condition. Minor scratches, worn bezels, and reduced battery health all qualify. Cracked screens are also accepted at a reduced value. Devices that don't power on are assessed individually.
How is the trade-in credit applied?
The credit is applied directly to your purchase at checkout. You pay only the difference between your new device price and your trade-in value. Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
How long does the trade-in process take?
In-store trade-ins are completed on the same day — typically in under 30 minutes. If you arrange a courier pickup, the full process takes 2–3 business days from collection to credit confirmation.
What should I do before handing in my device?
Back up your data, sign out of iCloud (Settings → Apple ID → Sign Out), and perform a factory reset (Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Erase All Content). Remove any screen protectors or cases before bringing it in.
Is the online estimate the final value?
The online estimate is indicative and based on the condition you select. The final confirmed value is determined after our technician physically inspects the device. In most cases the final value matches or exceeds the estimate.
